Summary of Book: Benjamin Crawford thinks Emelia conned his dying grandmother into leaving her half of an estate worth millions, so let’s just say he’s not her biggest fan either. Not even close. They have to live together for the next thirty days while renovating the family home or the estate will transfer to the one person Ben hates more than Emelia, and she’ll have to move back to the one place she wants to forget more than Ben. As they’re not only forced to live together but work together, they begin to develop feelings for each other in the most conventual and hilarious way.
This is one of those books where you read it in one sitting or in my case, all night. You cant read it quietly either. You’ll wake up the person next to you by laughing out loud, which I did, multiple times. this book is not only hilarious but the characters are so well developed that I fell in love with all of them. Even the few that had no more than three lines.
It was so good, I’ve spent the last few hours scanning book after book looking for something even remotely similar to this because I want to read it over and over and over again. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find such a funny, light, book just yet, and I’m still on the prowl.
